- A copy of the Proof of Loss
- ALL correspondences between the two parties prior to and leading up to the appraisal
- All documents acquired up to that time
- A certified policy
- Endorsements
- The application
- Work Product
- All disclaimers signed either knowingly or unknowingly
- How the entire claim started
- Where the claim ended prior to the demand for appraisal if an appraisal has been demanded
- Any phone conversations with the insurance company or adjusters that has taken place
