How can a simple appraisal get you paid money?

You shouldn't have to fight with your homeowners insurance company after a peril or a claim to obtain what you have already paid for.  If you have had a fire, water, or a storm claim in the last 18 months, wouldn't you like to know how much money may still be owed to you?   Or, were you told that you are owed nothing more?

Check out our "Settled Claims" and see just how we have helped hundreds of other people who are much like you in many ways.
What is an appraisal?
Because MOST people have NEVER heard of an appraisal before, we give you a complete explanation when we speak to you, however, it is important for us to give you some details here:

1.  Most all policies allow you the option of going to appraisal based on the policy, if there are any differences in the amount of the loss that should have been paid.

2.  An appraisal is where you have hired your own appraiser, and the insurance company hires their own appraiser and the two of them decide upon an umpire, if needed, to help agree to the actual amount of the loss.
How do I know if I should call you?
1:  If you had a claim that is less than 20 months after
the peril happened, you should call us.

2: If you are like most people and think it is good to
get a second opinion, you should call us.

3.  If you have just one item that seems wrong or is
not correct, that is a great reason to call us.
